Hi, I’m Nat.
(Short for Nathaly — pronounced like Natalie. The “h” is silent, but my mom got creative.)

You’ve been doing all the right things. Showing up, pushing forward, holding it together. And something still feels off. I help high-functioning individuals and couples understand what’s really going on underneath, so they can stop spinning their wheels and start building a life and relationships that actually feel good.

Therapy with me isn’t just about relief; it’s about real insight and lasting change.

What kind of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, sex therapy, and deep dive sessions. Each approach is tailored to meet you where you are and support meaningful, lasting change.

Where are you located?

Clear Mind Therapy is in central Houston, right off 610. Super easy to get to if you’re coming from the Heights, Garden Oaks, River Oaks, or the Galleria.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If something feels off, even if you can’t explain it, therapy can help. It’s a space to slow down, look beneath the surface, and understand what’s really going on. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns, or just not quite like yourself, therapy offers clarity, emotional relief, and real tools to help you move through what’s hard and toward what you actually want.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I do. We can hop on a free 15-minute call to see if it feels like a good fit and talk through any questions you might have. Finding the right therapist really matters. Research shows that the connection you have with your therapist is one of the biggest predictors of how helpful therapy will be. You deserve to do this work with someone you feel comfortable with.

What should I expect from the first session?

The first therapy session is a chance for me to get the full picture. I’ll ask more questions than usual so I can understand what’s bringing you in, your background, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll share an early sense of how we might work together, knowing the plan will evolve as I get to know you better.

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s really just a thoughtful conversation with someone trained to listen for patterns, meaning, what matters most and help you make sense of what’s going on. The judgement stays at the door.

Will you tell me what to do?

Not exactly. I won’t hand you a list of “shoulds,” but I will help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface so you can make choices that feel more aligned and grounded. My role isn’t to give advice. It’s to help you hear yourself more clearly.
