For people who don’t want to spend 20 weeks talking about the same stuck point — let’s zoom out, dig in, and actually move the needle.
*let's book a consult and chat if this option is right for you!

* Your first session sets the tone. I recommend an extended 80-minute intake for individual therapy ($350) and a 3-hour intake for couples therapy ($900). It’s not required, but it helps us cover more ground in one sitting — what usually takes two regular sessions. Standard sessions work too, but this gives us a strong start.

** Finances are real. If cost feels like a barrier, reach out. I’m happy to talk through options and see what’s possible.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consult.
It’s a low-pressure way to see if we’re a good fit and get a feel for what working together might be like. You can ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, or just get a sense of the vibe. The truth is, therapy works best when you feel safe and understood—so finding the right therapist really matters. If you're ready to take that first step, let's book a consult here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.
Payment is processed on my end 48 hours before each session to confirm your spot—no action needed on your part. Everything is handled through a secure platform.

Do you take insurance?

Let’s be real: figuring out insurance isn’t the fun part of starting therapy, but I’ll help make it as straightforward as possible.

I'm considered an out-of-network therapist, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. But depending on your plan, you might be eligible for partial reimbursement. Here’s how to find out what’s covered:
1. Call your insurance provider.
2. Ask if you have out-of-network coverage for behavioral or mental health services.
3. Ask about your deductible and whether it needs to be met first.
4. Ask what percentage of each session will be reimbursed.
5. If you’re eligible, let me know and I’ll create a monthly superbill (a receipt with all the info they need) for you to submit.

If therapy feels financially out of reach, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to talk through options and help make this work in a way that feels doable.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Life happens — but if you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me a heads-up at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session fee may apply.

What is an intake session, and how is it different?

Think of the intake as our first real conversation. It’s where we start to piece together the bigger picture — your history, your patterns, and what’s bringing you in. For individual therapy, I usually recommend an 80-minute session. For couples, a 3-hour intake helps us go deeper from the start. That extra time lets us cover ground that would typically take two standard sessions. The cost is higher because the session is longer. If you prefer a standard-length session, that’s always an option too. We’ll choose the starting point that feels right for you.

This session is different from the ones that follow. It’s less about jumping into solutions and more about setting the foundation: understanding your goals, exploring what’s been happening, and building a shared direction for the work ahead. It’s not a rushed intake or a box to check. It’s a chance to slow down, take a closer look, and talk through how I can best support you moving forward.

A meaningful investment in yourself.
